I started my first business at 26 with a simple ambition: to build organisations that create opportunity for others. Since then, I've built and scaled companies across recruitment, technology, education, leadership development and transport.
I've generated more than £10 million in sales, built brands, developed teams, created partnerships and helped organisations navigate complex challenges. Along the way I've recruited and trained hundreds of people, built leadership teams and developed sales functions.
Today, my focus is helping founders and leadership teams unlock their potential — not through theory, through practical execution and partnership.
As a father of four — including three daughters — I have a personal commitment to building a future where the next generation is confident, capable and empowered.
Raising strong women has reinforced my belief that leadership, opportunity and personal development should be accessible to everyone. Whether through business, education, mentorship or community, we all have a responsibility to help others grow.
